HEART of Afghanistan

MS Student Project

For this experiential brand strategy project, I led the project management team supporting Heart of Afghanistan’s business initiative. I oversaw cross-functional communication, streamlined workflows, and developed digital systems to keep our collaborative efforts organized and on track. I managed team check-ins, created documentation standards, and implemented tools like Slack, Google Suite, and Canva to optimize internal processes.

I also participated in field visits to gather insights and support teams in retail strategy, content capture, and customer journey mapping. My work culminated in the creation of a detailed client-facing handbook and marketing brochure to ensure long-term sustainability. This project strengthened my skills in operations, team leadership, digital collaboration, and client communications.
